Since 2017, this mission has been rooted deep in my soul—long before I had a name for it. Well-Rooted Motherhood began with one honest, ongoing question:
How can we bring more joy into the messy, beautiful, everyday moments of motherhood—without adding more pressure?
Born from my own journey through postpartum anxiety, high-risk twin pregnancy, NICU survival, and the deep overwhelm of modern motherhood, this space was created with one mission in mind:
To help mothers decrease stress and anxiety by simplifying wellness, nurturing their bodies and minds, and reconnecting with the heart of home and family life.
We live in a world that glorifies busy, and yet most of us are silently drowning in it—longing for something slower, more grounded, more sacred. That’s where this space comes in.
