Friday Favorites #001 | Cozy Mom Finds, Family Favorites + Simple Things We’re Loving
Welcome to the very first Friday Favorites here at Well-Rooted Motherhood!
I have wanted to start this series for such a long time, but every time I sat down to work on it, it felt like there was always something “more important” to finish on the website first. So it kept getting pushed aside… but I finally decided this summer was the perfect time to begin.
Every Friday — or at least most Fridays — I’ll be sharing a simple little collection of favorites that our family is currently loving. Sometimes it may be low-tech family activities, quick and cozy recipes, seasonal finds, budget-friendly shopping guides, homemaking inspiration, or just little things that are making this season of motherhood feel easier and more enjoyable.
The goal of these posts is simply to share real-life inspiration and recommendations — things we genuinely use, love, have on our wish list, or are planning to try ourselves. Think of it as sitting down with another mom and swapping favorite finds for the season.
For this very first Friday Favorites, I thought it would be fun to share my storefronts and shopping pages so you can get a better idea of the kinds of things I love and regularly curate for our home and family life.
You can check out my ShopMy page, which is kind of my “elevated shopping guide” corner. It still focuses heavily on budget-friendly finds from places like Target, Walmart, and Amazon — because real mom life and real budgets matter around here — but I love how easy and organized it feels to browse. I update it seasonally, so you’ll always see different collections and tabs popping up throughout the year.
I also have my Amazon Storefront, where I share the things I purchase on repeat, as well as curated seasonal collections, homemaking favorites, wellness finds, family activities, kitchen staples, and cozy home inspiration. I recently started putting together movie night lists over there too, which has honestly been so fun for planning family movie nights and nostalgic seasonal evenings at home.
And while I’m still a little quieter over on LTK right now, feel free to follow along there too if you use the app! Over the next year I plan to share even more seasonal finds, home inspiration, and quick favorites there so it’s easy to keep up with what’s new.
