It’s crazy to think that it’s been just under 20 years since I fully started my nutritional journey to heal my body. Time goes fast, but one thing that has stayed with me for almost two decades now is my love for smoothies.
When I first began trying to bring more whole foods into my diet, smoothies were where I started. It actually took me a little time to work up the courage to make a green smoothie—but once I finally did, I completely fell in love. I’ve been making them ever since.
In today’s round-up, I’m sharing four of my own favorite go-to smoothies that I’ve been making forever (and my kids now love too!). But I also wanted to expand this list, so I asked fellow health and food bloggers to share their most-loved, tried-and-true smoothie recipes as well.
